The real strength of Nigel as a Coach is his experience. He has worked in Corporate health, performing health tests on testing company executives/employees and running specific health programs to improve health, and subsequently has a broad knowledge base of health and fitness and how hard it is to implement successful change. He has worked in fitness testing laboratories performing Vo2max and Threshold tests and is regularly seeking ways to grow his own knowledge base. . He has a has a wide range of life experiences, knows what it is like to juggle work, children and other family and social commitments and above all is passionate about people, sport, health, fitness and triathlon.
When you work with Nigel you get to work with someone who has pretty much been where you are and haws been able to learn from his mistakes to find ways to be successful.
